"I met David Avila at an open house. Although I liked the open house I saw, I really wanted to view a property that was for sale a couple of miles away but was not open to view. I explained that to David, and he said that since his current open house was ending, he would be more than happy to take me to view the other property. We saw the other property, and I asked David to submit an offer for me. Although I didn't get that property, David called the seller's agent and found out there was another almost identical property in the same area.
